I’m Daniel Smith, an independent Claris FileMaker developer. I’ve spent years building, integrating, and rescuing FileMaker solutions.
What I do

- Integrations. Connect FileMaker to the rest of your business through REST APIs, web services, and the FileMaker Data API.
- Troubleshooting and performance. Track down bugs, speed up slow layouts and scripts, and stabilize solutions that have grown past their original design.
- Modernization. Upgrade aging files to current versions of FileMaker, clean up technical debt, and set your solution up for the long term.
- Code review and mentoring. A second set of eyes on your team’s work, or guidance for in-house developers who want to level up.
